Ability to reorder the list of payment methods at checkout

It would be awesome if it was possible to reorder your payment methods, so that the ones you cared most about was at the top, and the less important ones were lower down on the list.

However, be aware that we currently display payment methods based on where the customer is based. Overriding this may negatively impact your store.
