Upgradeable Subscriptions

We need the ability to create a “ladder” for subscriptions so people can upgrade.
For example:
Level 1 - £20/mo
Level 2 - £40/mo
Level 3 - £60/mo

If someone is on Level 2 and want to upgrade their subscription they pay a one off fee of the difference between Level 2 and Level 3 (£20). Their subscription then changes to the Level 3 subscription. We’ve had numerous amount of customers asking for something like this and we’re simply losing revenue as people don’t want to pay the full price.
