Upsold items should require something else in the basket

While I’m putting this in the general features section, it could also be a bug. I don’t know.

As someone who uses and offers discounts through the upselling feature, I’ve come across the issue of people adding something to their basket, going to the checkout, adding the upsold item for a discount, and then removing whatever they were supposedly buying.

I would like if there was an option that required players to have something else in their basket in order to use the upselling offers. If they remove the other contents of their basket, then the upselling discount should be removed.
