Add local pricing for packages

Local pricing exists in almost every service nowadays. Tebex should also have support for it.

Purchasing power parity of every country is different. With this feature, server owners would be able to set package prices for specific countries optionally.

Nice idea but it should also implement VPN detection to avoid fraud.

This has been developed and is currently being tested. We will be able to provide an update soon with a timeframe for launch.

any update on this? As in is it something we can excpect in the coming weeks, months or maybe even first in next year?
