Bring Back Legacy Webstore / Custom Templates for New Stores

The new Webstore Builder is easy to use, but the native layout and header make it difficult to create truly professional and unique storefronts. Giving Plus users access to custom Twig/HTML/CSS templates would allow creators to build stores that properly match their brand.

Please consider bringing Legacy Webstore back as an advanced option for Plus users.
