Add sandbox mode like Stripe

Hey, it’s an important feature—we need a way to test store changes and interactions in a sandbox before deploying to production. Today, it has to be done through creating a new project. I’m working with the Tebex checkout API on my website, and the lack of a sandbox is noticeable. Every change has to be done mid-flight, risking a loss of revenues.
