Ability to Create a Bundle

We should be able to create a bundle just like a regular package.

When creating a bundle, we should be able to select and add packages from a list, and enter a description just like we do for packages.

The packages added to the bundle should automatically sum up their individual prices to generate the total price of the bundle.

There could be an extra discount input box during bundle creation. When we enter a value, it can apply a percentage-based discount to the calculated total price.

The bundle view page could include a UI that displays the specific packages contained within it.
