Individual Coupon Packages

Before you say this is already possible hear me out..
Currently you can add single packages to be included in the discount, but I propose also setting individuall discounts for each package. I know this is kinda advanced, but for me (users can only activate one coupon per purchase) this would be really usefull. Extending the global limit on this would only resolve in users being able to activate mutliple discounts and “exploiting” the system.
