Payouts with PYUSD from Paypal

Paypal announced over 70 countries will be receiving PYUSD payouts following the recent conclusion by SEC that stablecoins are not securities.
This could be a great way alternative to USD payouts.

Also it would be great if we could use EUR locked paypal, to receive our USD wallet balances in PYUSD.
