Subscription Offer Retention

It would be extremely valuable if Tebex added a subscription retention feature during the cancellation process.

Currently when a player cancels a subscription, the process simply ends the recurring payment with no opportunity for the server owner to present a retention offer. Many subscription platforms (Hulu, Netflix, Spotify, etc.) allow businesses to show a discount or incentive before cancellation is finalized to reduce churn.

A potential implementation could include:

• An optional “Save Offer” step during cancellation
• Ability for server owners to configure discounts (ex: 25% off for 3 months)
• Ability to offer bonus items (crate keys, coins, etc.) if the player keeps the subscription
• Customizable message shown before cancellation completes

Player can choose Keep Subscription with Offer or Continue Cancellation

This would help server owners significantly reduce churn and improve subscription retention, while also increasing recurring revenue across the Tebex platform.
