Scope creator codes to selected packages

It would be really helpful to scope creator codes to specific packages instead of making them available across the entire store. Right now, if I make a deal with another creator, their code can be applied to all products rather than just the package we collaborated on. This makes it harder to control and track partnerships effectively.
